Data sources
Caveat-level transactions are pulled directly from the URA Data Service (private residential & commercial) and data.gov.sg (HDB resale). Bank rates are refreshed daily from MAS SORA and published bank fixed-rate boards. Developer launch prices are sourced from official developer collateral; where a price is unconfirmed, we say so.
Corrections
Errors of fact are corrected as soon as we are made aware of them. Substantive corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected page with a date stamp. To report a correction, tap the SGPT Concierge button at the bottom-right of any page — correction requests routed there reach a human within one business day.
Independence & sponsorship
We do not accept paid placements that aren't clearly labelled "Sponsored" or "Featured". Curated launches and listings appear on editorial merit. Where a developer, agent or service provider has a commercial relationship with SGPropertyTimes, that relationship is disclosed on the page.
Use of AI
The SGPT Concierge chat is powered by Google Gemini. It answers from the same public data on the site and from a curated property knowledge base. AI replies are clearly labelled and never present themselves as human. Substantive AI-assisted editorial is reviewed by a human editor before publication.
Privacy
We measure aggregate visitor behaviour to improve the site, but never sell personal data. Form submissions (callback requests, listing enquiries) are routed only to the SGPropertyTimes team and the agent whose listing the request is about.
